Indianapolis (October 8, 2025) – As part of F.C. Tucker Company’s continued growth, the brokerage has created two new Regional Vice President roles and selected Angel Dean and Andy Rudolph to fill these key leadership positions. As part of establishing the new Regional Vice President roles, CEO and Owner, Jim Litten will transition to the newly created position of Chairman of the Board for F.C. Prior to being named to their new roles, Dean was Co-Manager of the F.C. Tucker Carmel office, and Rudolph was Vice President of Franchise Operations. Both will assume their new roles in January 2026, working alongside F.C. Tucker Company. “We have studied this model for the last four years and are confident it creates the continuity of local leadership the F.C. Tucker Company thrives upon. Angel and Andy are uniquely qualified for their roles and are enthusiastic about continuing to provide best-in-class agent support and fostering the brokerage’s growth far into the future.”

As Chairman of the Board, Litten will continue to serve as advisor on day-to-day brokerage operations and also contribute his wealth of knowledge and experience to the Tucker School of Real Estate, continuing to engage regularly with agents to inspire the next generation of real estate professionals.
